Personal data protection policy
A producer may authorise their feed conversion figures to feed an industry benchmark. They may not authorise handing over their shed keeper’s phone number: that data is not theirs to give. The system enforces the difference.
What does this site collect?#
Only what you type into the contact form, and only if you tick the authorisation box. The full text of that authorisation is on the same screen, scrollable, with no link to open: that is what makes the consent informed.

What is stored besides what I typed?#
The proof that you authorised it. Specifically: the date and time, your IP address, the browser, the version of the text you were shown and the SHA-256 hash of that exact text.
It may look excessive and it is not. The law gives you the right to request proof of the authorisation you granted, and "accepted version 1.0" does not say what version 1.0 said that day. The hash does, and makes it reconstructable.
That record cannot be edited or deleted: the database refuses. If you revoke, the revocation is recorded as a new fact and the original authorisation remains, because both things have to be provable.
What is NOT collected?#
No cookies are set, first- or third-party. There is no analytics, no pixels, no heatmaps and no embedded chat. Browsing the site without filling in the form leaves no personal data at all.
Sensitive data and data of children or adolescents are not collected, and you are asked not to include any in the company field or anywhere else.
The only exception is voluntary and explicit: if on the demo page you press the button to see the calendar, a Cal.com component then loads inside the page. The notice sits in front of the button.
Who else sees my data?#
The providers that host the site and the database: Vercel, Render and Supabase, in the United States. They act solely on the controller's instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes.
The United States is on the list of countries with an adequate level of protection under Circular 005 of 2017 of the Superintendencia, so that transmission requires no additional authorisation.
Your data is not sold, not rented and not transferred to third parties for their own purposes.
How do I exercise my rights?#
By writing to the email address or calling the phone number above. You may: know, update, rectify and delete your data; revoke the authorisation; request proof of the one you granted; be informed of the use made of your data; and lodge complaints with the Superintendencia.
Enquiries are answered within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, extendable as provided in Articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012.
And the platform's data?#
That is a separate matter governed by its own policy, the one each customer company signs. It is a different document from this one, longer, and it is provided during contracting.
There is an underlying distinction worth knowing in advance, because it orders everything else:

The system enforces that difference by design, not by policy — people's phone numbers and names enter no transfer, whatever the switch says.
And one that tends to worry people before they ask out loud: the system does not assess any individual worker's performance and does not build profiles of people. Autonomy metrics are computed over orders, not over people.
